How I Work
A clear process, no surprises
Most engagements follow a predictable rhythm. Scope agreed upfront, fixed fee where possible, weekly check-ins throughout, full documentation on handover. No hidden hours, no scope creep, no jargon.
01
Week 1
Discovery & Scope
Free 20-minute strategy call, followed by a paid scoping session if we progress. Full audit of existing infrastructure, constraints and goals. You get a written scope, a fixed fee, and a timeline — before any work starts.
02
Week 2
Design & Approvals
Architecture diagrams, risk assessment, procurement list, migration sequence. Signed off by you before anything ships. No surprises, no assumptions.
03
Week 3–4
Build & Deploy
Infrastructure built, tested and phased into production with rollback procedures for every step. Weekly progress updates. Low-risk workloads migrate first.
04
Week 5
Handover & Training
Full documentation — network diagrams, runbooks, credentials vault, training for your team in plain English. You own it. No vendor lock-in.
05
Ongoing
Optional Retainer
Monthly retainer available for ongoing strategic advice, architecture review, and ad-hoc support. No minimum term, no lock-in — end it any month with 30 days’ notice.
Timelines are indicative for typical SMB engagements (5–50 users). Larger migrations or bespoke AI builds run longer; smaller jobs ship in days. Every scope is agreed and priced before work starts.
