My Story
Independent expertise, built around you
I’m Hak — an independent IT and AI consultant. 25+ years in the industry, 6 of those running my own practice since 2020. I’ve designed and delivered infrastructure at sites including The Shard, Chelsea FC, Silverstone, Manchester Arndale and Ealing Council — and I’m now bringing that same enterprise-grade thinking to London SMBs. I’m not an outsourced helpdesk and I’m not a managed IT provider. I’m a consultant: I come in, solve the problem properly, and help you get more from your technology.
Right now most of my work falls into two areas: deploying private AI for clients — tools that run inside their own infrastructure, with no data sent to external services — and integrating AI into existing business workflows to cut repetitive work and surface better information. I also consult on cloud, security and network infrastructure when the need arises.

I’m Hak — Senior Consultant at VantagePoint Networks. 25+ years in IT infrastructure. Still hands-on, because I still enjoy the work.
I started in 1998 as an IT Support Analyst, graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Greenwich in 2001, then spent 18 years as Senior Network Engineer at CMEasy.net Ltd. During that time I was also contracted into IC2CCTV Security London as IT Manager (2003–2016), where I led infrastructure deployments at some of the UK’s most recognisable venues — The Shard, Chelsea FC, Silverstone Racing Circuit, Manchester Arndale Centre, and Ealing Council. At Chelsea, I served as IT Manager and Matchday Contractor during the 2010–11 season — designing secure network infrastructure for access control and CCTV.
Since 2020 I’ve worked independently, delivering end-to-end infrastructure projects for commercial clients under confidential contracts — cloud migrations to Azure and Google Workspace, server deployments, SQL integrations, network relocations, and more recently local AI server infrastructure and AI agent deployments for clients who want the productivity gains of AI without handing their data to a third party.
VantagePoint Networks is the new brand for that work — built on one principle: SMBs deserve enterprise-grade thinking, not a helpdesk ticket. The company is new. The track record isn’t. You’ll work directly with me — from first scoping call to final handover. That’s not a cost-cutting measure; it’s the model.
