I’m Hak — an independent IT and AI consultant with over 20 years of experience working with small and medium businesses in London. I’m not an outsourced helpdesk and I’m not a managed IT provider. I’m a consultant: I come in, solve the problem properly, and help you get more from your technology.
Right now most of my work falls into two areas: helping SMBs deploy private AI — tools that run inside your own infrastructure, with no data sent to external services — and integrating AI into existing business workflows to cut repetitive work and surface better information. I also consult on cloud, security, and network infrastructure when the need arises.

Do you only work with businesses in London?▼
Our primary focus is London and the surrounding area, but we work remotely with clients across the UK. For on-site work we cover Greater London and can discuss travel arrangements for further afield.
What size businesses do you typically work with?▼
I work with SMBs from 5 to 150 users. This isn't just a target market — it's genuinely where I do my best work. Large enough that AI and proper IT architecture make a real difference; small enough that you get direct access to me rather than being passed down the seniority ladder.
How quickly can you respond to urgent issues?▼
For clients on a retainer, I aim to respond to urgent issues within the same business day and will often be faster. For project-based work or new enquiries, I respond within one business day. If something is genuinely urgent, call me directly on .
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?▼
No. I work on a project basis — defined scope, agreed fee, no ongoing obligation. Some clients choose a monthly retainer for continuing strategic advice and ad-hoc support. Either way there's no long-term contract and no lock-in. I keep clients through results, not commitments.
Can you help us with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot?▼
Yes — and it's the fastest-growing part of what I do. I can set up and configure Microsoft Copilot, but I also deploy private, self-hosted AI systems for clients who need their data to stay inside their own infrastructure. If you're not sure which approach is right for your business, a free consultation is the best place to start.
Do you work on a project basis or do you offer retainers?▼
Both. Most engagements are project-based — a defined scope, a clear outcome, and a fixed timeline. Some clients prefer a monthly consulting retainer for ongoing strategic advice, architecture review, and ad-hoc technical support. Either way, there's no long-term lock-in.
How much do your services cost?▼
My fees reflect the expertise and the outcome, not the hours billed. For project work I provide a fixed quote after an initial scoping call. Retainers are agreed monthly with no minimum term. I'm transparent about costs from the first conversation — no hidden fees, no ambiguous day-rate escalations.
